You are going to create an award certificate for a famous African American in honor of Black History month.
1. Choose a famous African American (you will draw a name)
2. Research the person you chose so you will know what award to create.
3. Choose to use a certificate template in Pages or an Award template in Word or use either to create your own.

4. Use the information you gathered to create an award certificate for your person that tells why they are important. Be Creative!!! Try to think of a clever name for the award!!!
