The 2^nd/3^rd grade technology curriculum focuses on foundation. We are trying to develop good skills and habits related to technology so that as a student moves up in grade level he/she can focus more on 21^stcentury learning skills and less on basic technology skills.  A considerable amount of time in class will be devoted enhancing/supporting classroom instruction in social studies and science. 

We will focus on:

·     Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship

·     Keyboarding

·     using web browsers

·     using word processors

·     drawing and graphics

·     vocabulary
